Front Desk’s visitor stats don’t use cookies, so you can see how your website is doing without tracking anyone. That means most of the websites we build don’t need a cookie banner at all. You’ll still see what matters: how many people visit, and how often they call, email, book or ask for a quote.
If yours does, for example because of a booking system or a video that sets its own cookies, a simple banner is ready to switch on and your cookie policy is ready to go. We’ll tell you if you need one.

Bigger pieces of work, like new page designs, links to other systems or features built just for your business, are quoted separately, so you always know the cost first. Hosting is available separately if you need it.

Your content belongs to you. If you ever stop your plan, your website keeps working exactly as it is. Only the Front Desk panel switches off, so any changes after that, even small ones, are made by us at our standard rate.

Do I need any technical skills?
No. If you can send an email, you can use Front Desk. We’ll show you around, and every section is in plain English.
Could I break my website?
Front Desk only shows the things that are safe to change, and your website’s design stays locked. Every change is saved in your change history, so you can undo it with one click.
What if I need something bigger?
Press Request a Change and tell us what you need. It comes straight to us, and if it’s a bigger piece of work we’ll quote first, so there are no surprises.
Can I add it to my existing website?
Front Desk is set up on websites we build or look after. If your website was made elsewhere, we’re happy to take a look and tell you honestly whether it’s a good fit.
What happens if I cancel?
Monthly plans have a three-month minimum, then just a month’s notice. Your website keeps working exactly as it is, with all your content. Because your website is custom-built, the everyday changes you’d normally make in minutes, like your hours, prices or a new photo, would come to us as paid jobs instead. You can restart your plan at any time.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Front Desk works on phones and tablets, and you can add it to your home screen like an app.
