Who is responsible
RJE Creative (“we”) is responsible for your information. You can contact us about anything in this policy at enquire@rjecreative.co.uk.
What is collected
When you send a quote request, we receive your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give one, what you need, and your message. Nothing else is collected from that form.
Why it is used
Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, run your project. The legal basis is your consent and the steps needed before entering into a contract with you. Your details are never sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is stored on this website and sent to us by email. The website host and email provider process it on our behalf and are bound to keep it secure.
To keep spam out, our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks that a real person is sending the form, using technical details such as your IP address and browser. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the project and for accounting, normally six years.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as keeping you signed in to the client portal. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing enquire@rjecreative.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
