The cricket club moved venue hire off a shared Google Calendar and onto a proper booking system, with its data moved across and training for the people who run it.

The brief

Charlton Kings Cricket Club managed venue hire through a shared Google Calendar. It did the job, but bookings were hard to keep track of and easy to double up.

What we did

  • Set up a dedicated venue hire system for the club
  • Moved every existing booking across with no information lost
  • Trained the people who run it, with support through the first month
  • Designed and printed the club’s printed materials
